How long does delivery take?+
Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, we aim to deliver within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM (South African Standard Time)
  • Processing & Handling: 0–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Shipping & Transit: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

What are the delivery charges?+
Delivery fees are based on the weight of your order:

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?+
Yes — we allow address changes within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact us at info@perfectdealz.co.za as soon as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?+
No — at this stage we only ship within South Africa. Please ensure you provide a physical street address, as we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
How do I request a return?+
To request a return, please contact us at info@perfectdealz.co.za with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process. For full details, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Who covers return shipping costs?+
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Faulty or Damaged Products: Perfect Dealz covers the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days.
Is there a fee for returning an item?+
Yes — for returns due to change of mind, a 15% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my item is defective or arrives damaged?+
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement (if available). If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the affected item.
What are the conditions for returns?+
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:
  • Be unused and in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
How long does it take to process a refund?+
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.

What payment methods does Perfect Dealz accept?+
We accept secure online payments through trusted South African gateways:
  • PayFast – Debit & Credit Cards, Instant EFT
  • YOCO – Credit and Debit Card payments
  • Peach Payments – Secure online card transactions
  • PayJustNow – Pay in 3 interest-free instalments
  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) – Manual payments
All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
How does PayJustNow work at Perfect Dealz?+
PayJustNow splits your purchase into 3 equal, interest-free monthly instalments — with no credit checks required. The first payment is made at checkout, and the remaining two are automatically deducted 30 and 60 days later. You'll need a valid South African ID and a debit or credit card to register.
