All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Order Processing & Payment Authorization

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. If payment verification fails, the order will not be processed. Please ensure that your payment details are correct and that your bank or card provider has approved the transaction.

6. Payment Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Where applicable, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Chargebacks arising from legitimate, delivered orders may be disputed if evidence of successful delivery and customer confirmation exists.

8. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices displayed on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise. We only accept payments from within South Africa.
