How long does delivery take? +

Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, we aim to deliver within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order? +

Yes, we allow address changes within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Do you offer international shipping? +

No. At this stage, we only ship within South Africa.

Please ensure that you provide a physical street address, as we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

How do I request a return? +

To request a return, please contact us at info@perfectdealz.co.za with your order details.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Who covers return shipping costs? +
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Faulty or Damaged Products: Perfect Dealz covers the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days.
Is there a fee for returning an item? +

Yes. For returns due to change of mind, a 15% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

What happens if my item is defective or arrives damaged? +

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement (if available).

If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the affected item.

What are the conditions for returns? +

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
How long does it take to process a refund? +

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days).

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
